The turnaround time for an estimate is usually within 3 to 4 business days on average after you accept the quote and make the payment. There can be a delay of a few hours to days depending on the scope of the project and the complexity of the job.

We only accept online payment via Credit Card or Debit Card or PayPal. After receiving your plans and analyzing your project specifications, we send a Proposal. If you accept the proposal, you can simply let us know to proceed through an email or call.

CA ESTIMATING SOLUTIONS is not liable if in case a Contractor misses the opportunity to file the bid on time. Whatever the reason may be, no refund can be made after the delivery of the estimate. The refund is only applicable if the estimate is canceled within 2 hours of payment. Otherwise, our team start working on the project and no refund can be made.

We do not offer additional insurance or financial guarantees or warranties because our estimates are designed to be the guidelines to help you with final pricing and are strictly not intended to be final pricing. We employ RSMeans for obtaining zip code based material and labor pricing but price fluctuations are expected based on various contractors, installers, regions, vendors, etc. However, we are always available to review, make adjustments, clarify any questions you may have, and work together on finalizing your pricing.
